No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. This policy helps us maintain fair prices and ensure that our resources are dedicated to creating high-quality items for all our customers.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge, please follow the steps below to request a remake:
1. Contact Us: Email us via our contact form within [5] days of receiving your order. Please include: In the subject line (Fine Art Print Enquiry), your order number, a description of the fault, and once we have received the email, and replied back the client will be required to send clear photos of the defective item.
2. Review: Our team will review your request and the provided photos. If the item is deemed faulty, we will approve a remake of the item. we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them.
3. Remake Process: Once approved, we will start crafting a new item for you. Please note that the remake will be of the same item, size, and specifications as your original order.
4. Shipping: We will cover the cost of the replacement and the shipment of the item.
Exclusions
This policy applies only to items that arrive faulty or damaged. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
